Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Formcraft. It exists to keep the Service lawful, safe and fair. Breaching it may lead to suspension or termination.

You must have the rights to everything you upload. In particular you must not:

• Upload sketches, drawings, images or logos protected by someone else's copyright, design right, trade mark or patent and claim them as your own.
• Ask the tool to reproduce or imitate an identifiable third-party brand, product, character, team, franchise or protected design.
• Use outputs to pass off your product as another company's, or to produce counterfeits, replicas or look-alikes.

You are responsible for clearing rights and for the originality of your designs before commercial use.

Formcraft outputs are conceptual. You must not rely on them, without independent qualified review, to manufacture safety-critical parts — including pressure-bearing, electrical, heat-generating, child-safety, automotive-safety or medical components. Formcraft does not provide engineering certification or regulatory compliance determinations.

You must not use the Service to create, request or upload:

• Unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
• Weapons, weapon components, or items designed primarily to cause harm.
• Content that promotes fraud, deception, or dangerous or illegal activity.
• Anyone else's personal data or likeness without a lawful basis.

You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, scrape at scale, or circumvent the security or access controls of the Service.

Formcraft is an online-only design tool. It does not provide manufacturing, physical fulfilment, on-site services, or professional engineering, legal, financial or medical advice. Do not use it as a substitute for those services.

To report misuse or a rights concern, email support@slddesser.shop. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access where this policy is breached, and will cooperate with lawful requests. Governing law: England and Wales.
