Content License

You keep all ownership of the material you provide: product descriptions, selections, sketches, reference images and logos. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that material solely to operate the Service and generate your outputs.

Working copies of uploaded reference files are cleared from active storage within 30 days. We do not use your inputs to train AI models, and we do not publish them.

Subject to these terms and payment of any applicable fees, you own the concept renders, image sets, turntable renders and Design Pack exports generated from your inputs, and you may use them commercially — for example on a crowdfunding page, a store listing or a factory brief.

Because generative outputs can be similar for similar prompts, we do not grant exclusivity over a given style or form, and ownership of purely AI-generated material may be treated differently in some jurisdictions. Where outputs incorporate your own uploaded originals, your rights in those originals continue.

You are responsible for ensuring your inputs are lawful and original and that your use of outputs does not infringe third-party rights. Outputs are not an IP clearance; we recommend your own freedom-to-operate check before commercial use. See the Acceptable Use policy.

The Formcraft name, logo, interface, software and underlying models remain the property of SLD DESIGN SERVICES LIMITED or its licensors. Nothing here transfers those rights to you.

All outputs are conceptual and indicative, as described in the AI Disclaimer. A licence to use an output is not a warranty that it is manufacturable, compliant or non-infringing.
