Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Formcraft ("the Service") at slddesser.shop, operated by SLD DESIGN SERVICES LIMITED. By creating an account, subscribing or using the Studio, you agree to these terms.

Formcraft is an online-only, subscription software tool. It turns product descriptions into concept directions, material boards, indicative spec drafts, concept image sets, a 360 turntable render and an exportable Design Pack. All outputs are conceptual and indicative.

The Service is digital only. There are no physical goods, no shipping, no on-site services, and no installation, repair or maintenance work.

Formcraft does not provide certified engineering, structural, electrical, mechanical or safety assessments, and does not provide CE, UKCA, FCC or any other compliance or certification determinations.

You must not use outputs directly to manufacture safety-critical parts (including pressure-bearing, electrical, child-safety or medical components) without independent review and sign-off by a qualified engineer or factory. Dimensions and specifications are indicative starting points, not final manufacturing drawings.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

You must be at least 13 to use the Service. Users aged 13–17 must have verifiable parent or guardian consent. The Service is intended primarily for creators and businesses.

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in US dollars (USD) through Stripe. Monthly product allowances reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. There are no credits, top-up packs or withdrawable balances.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation policy.

Your use of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use policy. Among other things, you must not upload designs you do not have the rights to, generate infringing or unlawful content, or attempt to misuse or disrupt the Service.

You retain ownership of the inputs you upload. Ownership and licensing of generated outputs are described in the Content License. You are responsible for the originality and lawfulness of your inputs and for clearing rights before commercial use.

The Formcraft name, interface and software remain the property of SLD DESIGN SERVICES LIMITED.

The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Outputs are conceptual and we do not warrant manufacturability, fitness, cost, performance or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use policy, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified through the site or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
